Red Velvet Muffin Cake

Add all the liquid ingredients in to the bowl.The dry ingredints are weighed,sieved and added to the bowl.

stir all ingredients (except the oil) at the slow speed for 1 minutes then stir all with add oil at the medium speed for 5 minutes,depending on type of machine. Baking time for muffin:approx,35-40 minutes at 185C depending on size and weight.
